From the Fayetteville Observer “Cheers & Jeers” section:
cheers-and-jeersCheers to the crew from American Tree and Stump Removal Co. They arrived right at the scheduled time and proceeded to remove three trees from my yard. Within two hours, the work was done, and all the clippings and debris were cleaned up.

The crew was courteous and polite at all times and did an outstanding and thorough job.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

I wanted to take a minute and write to thank you and the on-site team for your services last week in removing the large pine trees from my family plot in the Lumber Bridge Presbyterian Church Cemetery. I was impressed with how the team leader gathered the members around before work started for a review of how this delicate and dangerous task would be safely carried out. All the equipment was positioned in just the right place to avoid last minute adjustments after the three-ton tree sections were suspended in mid air on the crane cable. Everybody knew his job, and work was accomplished safely and efficiently. The only thing left behind was sawdust! I have enclosed a CD of photographs I made of this operation. Please feel free to use these photos on your company web site or in any other way to show future clients your capability to handle big tree removal challenges in a confining environment as evidenced by this successful cemetery project. Thank you again on behalf of my family for a job well done.

In a world where it seems all we hear is complaining and bad news I am grateful for the opportunity to say, “THANK YOU”! Your personnel have demonstrated high standards and pride in their work; they are an asset to your business. We are more than pleased with the removal of the tree; it was in an awkward area and there could have been damage but your team not only avoided any damage they also took the time to ensure our yard and the wetland was not disturbed at all.
